I’m Tara, a maker, explorer, and storyteller inspired by the wild beauty of the West Coast, from the sun-soaked shores of Southern California to the rugged forests and alpine lakes of the Pacific Northwest.

Growing up in San Diego, I felt most at home in the water—surfing, exploring tide pools, and watching the way the coastline shaped every adventure. Now, living in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, I’ve come to love the balance between the coast and the mountains, trading saltwater waves for alpine trails and glacier-fed rivers. Pacifico Waves is my way of capturing that connection—through handcrafted goods, thoughtful design, and stories that celebrate life outdoors.

Every piece I create is rooted in function and inspired by nature, whether it’s a surf-ready bag, a sand dollar-inspired trinket dish, or minimalist jewelry designed for the wild at heart. Beyond the products, Pacifico Waves is also a space for storytelling—field notes from coastal trails, the best hidden surf breaks, and reflections on life lived in motion, whether by the ocean, along a river, or beneath the peaks.
